Filling technical description for filling line:
filling  technicas and construction is developed and innovated by ourselves. It adopts
big fluent filling and resolve quantify filling . filling valve is SUS wonderful casting method,
it has air proof ring to avoid attrition of the steel .it is management by cylinder , and it is
stabilization . in the filling procedure, barrel following washing transportation  to covey barrel screw.
The covey barrel screw aside the barrel equality to star-wheel. The star-wheel guide the
barrel to filling method.  When the filling cylinder fulfill journey change,  cylinder moves
down to open filling valve.  Filling valve start to fill. Following filling , cylinder fulfill with journey
switch yet again and transfer up. Filling valve near. The barrel soon after filling export by star-wheel.
And transportation to capping device by chains. Filling areas has 12 filling valves to satisfy the speed of the device  at the identical time , liquid placement  is nicety due to the fact of managing by journey change.
